Vuna shall not be held liable for: Shipping delays, lost packages, damaged goods during transit, customs issues, or any other shipping-related problems. These matters must be resolved directly between the seller and the buyer.

Seller & Buyer Shipping Agreement

By completing a transaction on Vuna, both the seller and the buyer acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding shipping and delivery.

SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES: The seller agrees to clearly communicate all shipping terms to the buyer before the transaction is completed. This includes shipping costs, estimated delivery times, shipping method, and any tracking information. The seller is responsible for packaging products appropriately and using a reliable shipping carrier.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES: The buyer agrees to review and accept the seller's shipping terms before completing the purchase. The buyer must provide accurate shipping address information and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.

MUTUAL AGREEMENT: Both parties agree to communicate directly regarding any shipping issues, delays, or problems. Vuna is not a party to the shipping contract between seller and buyer and cannot mediate shipping disputes.

Before placing an order, we recommend contacting the seller directly to discuss shipping costs, estimated delivery time, and tracking options. Every seller may have different shipping arrangements.

Review Shipping Terms

Each product listing may include shipping information provided by the seller. Always review these terms carefully before completing your purchase. If shipping terms are unclear, message the seller.

Seller's Choice of Carrier

Sellers are free to choose their preferred shipping carrier and method. Vuna does not endorse or guarantee any specific carrier. Shipping reliability is the responsibility of the seller.

Shipping Costs Vary

Shipping costs are determined by the seller based on product weight, dimensions, destination, and their chosen carrier. There are no fixed shipping rates on Vuna.

Tips for Buyers and Sellers

For Buyers

Always message the seller before purchasing to confirm shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Ask for tracking information once the item ships.

For Sellers

Clearly state your shipping terms in your product listings. Communicate shipping costs and delivery estimates to buyers before they complete their purchase.

For Both Parties

Keep records of all shipping-related communications, tracking numbers, and receipts. This helps resolve any issues that may arise.

International Shipping

Buyers should be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

Shipping Disputes

If a shipping issue arises between a seller and buyer, the parties are expected to resolve the matter directly through communication. Vuna does not mediate shipping disputes as Vuna is not involved in the shipping process.

However, if a product is never received and the seller cannot provide proof of shipment, buyers may be eligible for purchase protection through their payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.). Vuna recommends using payment methods that offer buyer protection.
