How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, choose payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately.
Can I track my order?
Once the seller ships your order, they should provide you with tracking information. You can also view order status in your account dashboard under "My Orders".
How do I know if a product is authentic?
Vuna verifies all sellers. Look for the "Verified Seller" badge and check product reviews from other buyers. All products are sourced directly from African farmers and producers.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the seller may have already started processing your order. Contact the seller directly or email support for assistance.

Account Management

How do I create an account?
Click "Sign In" at the top right, then select "Create Account". You can register as a buyer or seller using your email address.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to your account dashboard and click on "Profile Settings". You can update your name, email, address, and notification preferences.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?
Vuna accepts Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for wholesale orders.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! Vuna uses industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
When will I be charged?
Your payment method is charged immediately after you confirm your order. For pre-orders, you'll be charged when the product ships.
Do you offer installment payments?
Yes! Vuna partners with Klarna and Afterpay to offer "Buy Now, Pay Later" options for eligible customers.

Selling on Vuna

How do I become a seller?
Click "Become a Seller" on the homepage or register as a seller during account creation. Complete your seller profile and wait for verification (usually 24-48 hours).
What fees does Vuna charge sellers?
Vuna charges a 5-10% commission per sale depending on the product category. There are no listing fees or monthly subscription fees.
How do I get paid as a seller?
Payments are processed weekly via bank transfer, PayPal, or mobile money (M-Pesa for African sellers). Funds are released after order completion.
How do I list a product?
Go to your seller dashboard, click "Add Product", fill in product details including name, description, price, images, and shipping options. Vuna reviews all listings before they go live.

Shipping & Delivery

Who handles shipping?
Shipping is arranged directly between the seller and the buyer. Vuna does not handle shipping. Sellers and buyers agree on shipping terms, costs, and delivery methods directly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by the seller based on product weight, dimensions, destination, and their chosen carrier. Contact the seller directly for shipping quotes before purchasing.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by seller, location, and chosen shipping method. Sellers provide estimated delivery times. Contact the seller for specific delivery estimates before ordering.
What about customs and import fees?
For international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in the seller's shipping charges unless otherwise agreed.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Return policies are set by individual sellers. Review the seller's return policy on each product listing before purchasing. Many sellers offer a 30-day return window.
How do I initiate a return?
Go to "My Orders" in your account, select the order, click "Return Item", and follow the instructions. The seller will guide you through their return process.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once the seller receives and approves your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Funds appear in your original payment method within 3-10 days.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Take photos of the damage immediately and contact the seller within 48 hours of delivery. The seller will arrange for a replacement or refund according to their policy.
